Located in trendy Ft. Lauderdale, your party of 6 will have 3 glamorous floors and 3 spacious master suites, all with king beds, to enjoy for your stay. A private backyard pool and luxury amenities make this an upscale property. The chef will love the gourmet kitchen, with stainless steel and a professional 6-burner stove, while the whole group will love the spa baths with jet tubs. Parking for 3 cars, with two in the garage and one in the driveway. Close to beaches and all attractions.

A Gatsby-Esque exterior awaits you as you arrive to a lovely tree-lined, residential neighborhood in ever-popular Fort Lauderdale. As the end unit with privacy gates, lush landscaping, and tropical foliage, you’ll enjoy the warmest of welcomes and the greatest of privacy.

The rear yard offers a secluded oasis complete with an in-ground pool. Picture yourself whiling away the hours with the sun shining warmly on your face as you float in the cool water with a glass of your favorite beverage beside you.

Enter through the elegant threshold and take in the sun-drenched open great room. Warm and rich hardwood floors lead you to the spacious living room, with modern decor and fixtures. The U-shaped configuration of comfortable furnishings is ideal for relaxing and reconnecting with family and friends. It also positions you perfectly to take advantage of a large flat-screen TV with Sling streaming service!  There’s always time for your favorite TV show or a good movie, right?

The adjacent dining space comfortably accommodates 6 at a mid-century modern table and chairs, with a uniquely eclectic chandelier above.

The kitchen is a gourmet’s dream! With stainless steel appliances, including a professional 6-burner, dual oven stove, the family chef will be in heaven! Other amenities include granite counters and backsplash and plenty of cabinets and food prep space. In this polished and welcoming space, you’re sure to create some of your most delicious creations!

With top floor privacy, the expansive  master suite offers an art-deco style four-poster king bed.  Cozy seating for two sits in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows looking over the privacy-fenced backyard and natural greenery. Enjoy your favorite late-night talk show on the flat screen TV.

Two additional master king bedrooms are located on the second floor. Each bedroom offers a flat screen TV and private bath, some with bath tubs and large walk-in showers.

In the vibrant city of Fort Lauderdale, the only time you’ll run out of things to do is when you’re ready to. Take advantage of the city’s incredibly diverse selection of restaurants and an almost impossibly wide variety of shops and boutiques.

Of course, the wide white sandy beaches and turquoise water of the Atlantic Ocean are always the biggest draw and with delightfully good reason. We hope you’ll spend some time watching and listening to the waves and feeling the soft sand under your feet.  We highly recommend late afternoons, when the sand is still warm and the crowds are gone. It’s then that you can catch your breath and have your own private conversation with the ocean. She’s got many stories to tell.

For decades, Ft. Lauderdale has been an epicenter of sun, fun, and adventure. While things may have toned down just a bit from its heyday as the Spring Break mecca, there’s still plenty of entertainment to be found.

One of the biggest draws of Ft. Lauderdale is, of course, it’s stunning beaches. Little compares to the sugar-sand and the shade of blue in the south Florida Atlantic ocean. Two of the perennial favorites beaches here are the Fort Lauderdale Beach Park and Las Olas Beach. Both offer easy access to not just beach amenities, but also food and drink from the nearby restaurants.

If you’re looking for an adventure off the beach, one of our very favorite things to do is to take a cruise. Mostly, we love this because there are so many to choose from! Everglades tours, party boats, romantic sunset dinner cruises, fishing boats, or even narrated sightseeing cruises. Whatever your interest, there’s bound to be a cruise for it.

If you’d rather be under the water than on it, you might like a snorkel and seabob underwater guided reef tour. For those seeking a quieter, back-to-nature eco-experience, you’ll probably love a kayak tour.

There are even helicopter tours for those who like a birds-eye view of the city and the ocean.

And what’s next, of course, but dining? It’s hard to recommend just a few favorites, simply because there are so many fabulous restaurants in Fort Lauderdale! It all depends on what kind of experience you want to have and what kind of food you like.
Looking for superior seafood with an upscale ambiance? Eddie V. Prime Seafood on Las Olas Blvd is the place to go.

For a delicious breakfast with a Mexican twist, head over to Tinta on N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. Try a cuisine a little off the beaten path. The Cafe Seville on E. Oakland Park Blvd is a family-owned delicious Spanish restaurant.

Finally, when you’ve just got to have great Italian food, Anthony’s Clam House & Grill on E. Commercial Blvd. is where you want to go.

Tell ‘em all we sent you!

Notes

On rare occasions, the water pressure can decrease towards the third story of the townhome. You may also notice the water is tinted yellow. The city of Fort Lauderdale has confirmed this is safe and normal. It is caused by tannins — an organic material — in the region’s underground water supply, and it’s perfectly safe to be in and drink.

The vent hood in the kitchen is not functional, however the doors are able to be opened for extra ventilation if needed.

The couch cushions on the third floor are white; they are impossible to keep snow white at all times due to being outside. Our cleaners wipe them down and we have blue waterproof covers that need to stay on at all times.

During the Covid-19 pandemic:
We are committed to doing everything we can to help adapt to this global pandemic. To that end, we asked ourselves what we would want in a vacation rental during these difficult and uncertain times.
1.    A thoroughly cleaned and sanitized home
2.    Hands-off interaction

Clean Home
We have always taken exceptional pride in our cleaning staff.  Since the start of the pandemic, our cleaning protocols have been updated to comply with the CDC.

We’ve added to our cleaning checklist to thoroughly disinfect all touch-points in the home. (Smart-lock keypad or lockbox, ALL door handles, cabinet handles).

Our cleaning fee is typically higher than our competitors because we are proud to pay our cleaning staff a living wage and they always do an impeccable job for us. Read our reviews!!

Hands-off check-in and check-out
We are now allowing self-check-ins at all of our properties. We will require some information and phone contact with you before your arrival, but you will not see anyone in person at your vacation accommodation. There will be no surprise or unwanted visits. We understand that distance is essential during these times.
