At only a few block to either the always exciting Las Olas Blvd. or the area’s world-renowned beaches, Victoria Park is close enough to all the action, while still being a quiet retreat for families to gather together. 

Details 
As you arrive to 120 NE 16th Terrace, you’ll notice the palm trees swaying in greeting. The Mediterranean architecture paired with a brick-paved driveway offers a feeling of upscale warmth.

Enter either through the one-car garage or the private tucked away front entrance, set back along the fence. 

When you open the front door, you’ll find yourself in a gracious foyer, complete with a dramatic cut-out to the second floor, allowing abundant sunshine to stream in. Complete with a large area rug and bench, you’ll find this area to be a welcoming entrance to your vacation. Directly to your left are both the stairs leading to the second and third levels and the convenient elevator. 

Beyond the entryway, you’ll find the formal dining area and fully-equipped kitchen, both dressed to impress in their striking black and white.

The kitchen is decked out with stainless steel appliances, neutral granite counters, white upper cabinets and black lower cabinets. The long peninsula bar provides plenty of prep space, as well as counter seating for 4. The chef will be thrilled to create all the family favorites in this incredible kitchen. 

You’ll feel like you’re dining at a fine restaurant every evening when you take your meals at this dramatic black marble table for 8 underneath an eclectic chandelier. 

Step into the living room in this open-concept great room and you’ll be greeted by plenty of plush comfortable furnishings, all coordinated in neutral colors. No need to miss your favorite shows - we provide Sling streaming service for the Smart TV. A ceiling fan keeps things cool.

A full bath with walk-in shower is also on this ground level. 

Step outside to the private gated yard for an evening dip in the hot tub. What could be better than enjoying a glass of wine as you gaze at the stars overhead while being massaged by the warming jets?

If you prefer to simply enjoy the evening weather, have a seat in the covered lounge/dining area as you listen to the crickets and watch for fireflies. 

When it’s time to retire, you’ll have your choice of 3 master suites all with king beds. Two are on the second level and the last is on the third level. 

On the second level, the primary master suite features a large walk-in closet, seating area for two and a separate work area complete with desk and chair. This bath has a delightful jetted tub, dual vanities, an oversized walk-in shower and separate toilet room. 

The second master suite offers a single seating area and en-suite bath with large slate walk-in shower. 

On the third level, the last master suite boasts a Smart TV and an en-suite bath with a huge walk-in shower. 

Each suite also has a private patio. And if you don’t feel like climbing the stairs, don’t forget the elevator. How could it get any better?

Neighborhood Overview
For decades, Ft. Lauderdale has been an epicenter of sun, fun, and adventure. While things may have toned down just a bit from its heyday as the Spring Break mecca, there’s still plenty of entertainment to be found. 

One of the biggest draws of Ft. Lauderdale is, of course, it’s stunning beaches. Little compares to the sugar-sand and the shade of blue in the south Florida Atlantic ocean. Two of the perennial favorites beaches here are the Fort Lauderdale Beach Park and Las Olas Beach. Both offer easy access to not just beach amenities, but also food and drink from the nearby restaurants. 

If you’re looking for an adventure off the beach, one of our very favorite things to do is to take a cruise. Mostly, we love this because there are so many to choose from! Everglades tours, party boats, romantic sunset dinner cruises, fishing boats, or even narrated sightseeing cruises. Whatever your interest, there’s bound to be a cruise for it. 

If you’d rather under the water than on it, you might like a snorkel and seabob underwater guided reef tour. For those seeking a quieter, back-to-nature eco-experience, you’ll probably love a kayak tour. 

There are even helicopter tours for those who like a birds-eye view of the city and the ocean.

And what’s next, of course, but dining. It’s hard to recommend just a few favorites, simply because there are so many fabulous restaurants in Fort Lauderdale! It all depends on what kind of experience you want to have and what kind of food you like. 

Looking for superior seafood with an upscale ambiance? Eddie V. Prime Seafood on Las Olas Blvd is the place to go.

For a delicious breakfast with a Mexican twist, head over to Tinta on N. Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. 

Try a cuisine a little off the beaten path. The Cafe Seville on E. Oakland Park Blvd is a family-owned delicious Spanish restaurant.

Finally, when you’ve just got to have great Italian food, Anthony’s Clam House & Grill on E. Commercial Blvd. is where you want to go.

Clean Home
We have always taken exceptional pride in our cleaning staff.  Since the start of the pandemic, our cleaning protocols have been updated to comply with the CDC. 

We’ve added to our cleaning checklist to thoroughly disinfect all touch-points in the home. (Smart-lock keypad or lockbox, ALL door handles, cabinet handles). 

Our cleaning fee is typically higher than our competitors because we are proud to pay our cleaning staff a living wage and they always do an impeccable job for us. Read our reviews!!

Hands-off check-in and check-out
We are now allowing self-check-ins at all of our properties. We will require some information and phone contact with you before your arrival, but you will not see anyone in person at your vacation accommodation. There will be no surprise or unwanted visits. We understand that distance is essential during these times.
