The Space:

Ideal for vacation rentals, this luxury 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo unit is a stunning home base from which to explore all Fort Lauderdale has to offer. Sleek and modern, the living room offers comfortable and neutral furnishings. A large flat-screen TV offers hours of entertainment and high-speed WiFi makes streaming all your favorite shows and movies a breeze.

The centerpiece of this space is the stunning views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the community pool from the sliding glass door and your private wrap-around patio. Here is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or evening favorite beverage and watch the majesty of Mother Nature unfold before you.The modern kitchen provides everything needed to create either a simple snack or a complete culinary masterpiece. With stainless steel appliances, and generous work and storage space, it will be a joy to utilize this space. A dining peninsula comfortably accommodates 4 guests. The contemporary dining table for 4 is adjacent.

Both bedrooms are en-suite, one with a king bed and the other a queen. Both rooms have Smart TVs and workstations.

The Neighborhood:

This ideal location is in the middle of all the action in Fort Lauderdale!

We’re just walking distance from the world-famous Fort Lauderdale beach, with its sugar-white sand and aquamarine Atlantic Ocean!

We’re also just a couple of blocks from Las Olas Blvd. What’s there, you ask? Well, it’s kind of like the heartbeat of Fort Lauderdale.

Las Olas Blvd. is home to nearly every type of restaurants available, from simple to fine dining. You’ll find so many different regional cuisines, it’s hard to list them all! But do make sure you sample some of the more uncommon cuisines like French, Argentinian, Brazilian, Peruvian, or Middle Eastern. And then go back for all-time favorites like Mexican, Italian, Greek, or American fare. Leave room for dessert, as there’s plenty of options for that on Las Olas, too! And for our plant-based friends, vegan and vegetarian dishes are easily available.

For a quick and casual vegan meal, try SoBe Vegan, just across the street from the Tiffany House.

And it doesn’t stop with restaurants on Las Olas. As varied as the food choices are, so are your shopping options. From clothes and souvenirs, to home furnishings, to children’s items, to books, you’ll have to try hard to go home empty-handed!

And the nightlife! Whether you’re searching for just a simple pub for a quiet drink, a sports bar to route for your favorite team, or a nightclub to dance the night away, you’ll find it at Las Olas.

Make sure you take at least one type of cruise while you’re here. There are so many to choose from! Adventurous guests might enjoy an airboat ride in the Everglades, while sweethearts might better enjoy a champagne sunset cruise. Friend groups can try a party boat cruise, while the more athletic guests could try their hands at parasailing.

In Fort Lauderdale, you’re only limited by your imagination.

All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

If you have little ones we offer a Baby bundle: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a high chair for $65 per stay. Baby bundles must be requested and paid 48 hours prior to your reservation start date.

The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided
No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction
Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am
No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
This property is not pet-friendly.
Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle.
The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
This building has a $35/night valet parking fee. If your stay is 29 nights or more, the fee is waived.

Mail:

Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.

Cleanliness:

This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.

We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.

If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.

Late Checkout:

Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we’ll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.

If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.

Same-Day Bookings:

Same-day bookings with no past Airbnb reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.

If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.

Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.

Television & Subscriptions Policy

Guests may not subscribe to premium TV or streaming services on the property’s accounts. Pay-per-view and premium content can only be accessed using your own account and payment. Unauthorized charges will result in a fee to cover costs and administrative expenses.

Internet/Cable:

The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.

The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.

Copyright Infringement:

Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.

Pool:

If the property has a private pool, please understand that we service all of our pools weekly. Due to our tropical surroundings and lush vegetation, it is not unexpected that debris will all into the pool. Though it may give the appearance otherwise, the pool is still clean.
Our technicians maintain the pools with the correct balance of chemicals on a weekly basis. We are unable to send them out to properties to sweep up daily debris. Pool skimmers are available at each property for guests’ convenience.

If your private pool is exceptionally dirty or you find items other than vegetation in it, please contact us and we will remediate the situation.

If you are in a property with a shared pool, such as a condominium, please be advised that most condominium communities have their own pool cleaning schedules that we have no influence over. If you experience a problem other than normal daily debris, please let us know and we will make inquiries on your behalf.

Privacy:

This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.

Starter Supplies:

We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.

Other things to note:

Guests must have a valid Temporary Parking Pass to park their car in the building. the company must request parking passes at least 24 hours before check-in. Parking passes have to be requested in advance because the condominium requires the manager to sign the pass.

"Wonderful property, well maintained and in a great location. Had a fantastic view, multiple options with two pools and walking distance to the beach. Appreciated the thoughtfulness of the amenities and didn't want for anything during our stay.
